if you wonder why here are the explainations of my logic:
ishida and orihime
nerd and girl with big breasts. so obvious.

ichigo and yuuruchi
two strong warriors.

chad and tatsuki:
weaker agressive person and strong passive person you will end up with
yin-yang also so obvious.

renji and rukia:
if you watched the series it is obvious renji is obssessed with rukia and they have a history as life long friends.

I honestly didn't believe that a person living in a place where violence happens so often would have the insight to say such things. I really wish many more people would be like that. Arrogance isn't the only thing why you need Power... Humanity itself is reason to have power... Without power there would be anarchy and more eveil than now. With power there's order and development. Humans are made for power and rulership. And humans tried to be in power since humanity was born.
You might disagree, that's totally understandable... Humans believe many things...
